Recipients should have an appropriate basis for receiving commercial or promotional communications, and senders must provide legally required mechanisms for managing subscriptions and opting out.

Panafrican.email may impose sending limits, rate limits, or additional requirements where necessary to protect the service and its users.

5. Mailing Lists and Marketing

Users who operate newsletters, mailing lists, or marketing campaigns through Panafrican.email are responsible for obtaining appropriate permission or having another lawful basis for sending communications.

Purchased, harvested, scraped, or unlawfully obtained mailing lists may not be used through Panafrican.email infrastructure.

6. Phishing

Phishing is strictly prohibited.

You may not use a Panafrican.email account to create or distribute deceptive messages intended to obtain passwords, authentication codes, financial information, personal information, cryptocurrency, payment information, or other sensitive information.

You may not create websites, emails, forms, or other communications designed to impersonate banks, governments, businesses, social networks, financial institutions, payment providers, or other organizations for fraudulent purposes.

Panafrican.email may not be used to facilitate fraud, scams, deceptive business practices, identity theft, fraudulent investment opportunities, fake invoices, payment scams, or other dishonest activities.

You may not knowingly use a Panafrican.email address to misrepresent your identity, business, organization, authority, or affiliation.

8. Impersonation

You may not impersonate another person, business, organization, government agency, public official, financial institution, or other entity in order to deceive, defraud, threaten, or unlawfully obtain information from another person.

We may block, quarantine, restrict, or remove access to attachments, links, or messages that reasonably appear to contain malware, phishing attempts, malicious content, or other significant security threats.

16. Account Sharing

Unless specifically permitted by your service plan, you should not share an individual Panafrican.email account with multiple unrelated individuals.

Organizations using business or organizational email plans should use individual accounts for individual users where those features are provided.

17. Domain and Identity Abuse

You may not use a Panafrican.email address to create a false association with Panafrican.email, its owners, employees, contributors, partners, or affiliates.

The Panafrican.email domain and associated email addresses may not be represented as independently owned or controlled by a customer unless expressly authorized in writing.

18. Automated Systems and Abuse

You may not use automated systems, scripts, bots, or other tools to abuse Panafrican.email infrastructure, evade service restrictions, create fraudulent accounts, or interfere with normal service operation.

Reasonable automation associated with legitimate business or communication activities may be permitted where it complies with applicable service limits and this policy.

19. Reputation and Deliverability

Email reputation and deliverability are shared responsibilities.

Abusive activity from one account can negatively affect the ability of other Panafrican.email customers to send and receive legitimate email.

We may therefore take protective measures, including rate limiting, message filtering, temporary suspension, or account review, when activity presents a material risk to the reputation or deliverability of Panafrican.email infrastructure.

20. Abuse Reports

When submitting an abuse report, please provide as much relevant information as reasonably possible, including the sender’s email address, date and time of the message, relevant message details, and a description of the suspected abuse.

21. Investigation of Abuse

Panafrican.email may investigate credible reports of spam, phishing, fraud, malware, unauthorized access, account compromise, or other violations of this policy.

Investigations may involve reviewing available technical information, account information, message metadata, delivery information, security logs, or other information reasonably necessary to determine whether abuse has occurred.

Any handling of personal information in connection with investigations will be subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

22. Emergency and Security Actions

When necessary to protect users, third parties, systems, networks, or the integrity of Panafrican.email, we may immediately restrict or suspend an account without advance notice.

Examples may include active phishing campaigns, malware distribution, account takeover, large-scale spam, credential theft, or other serious security incidents.

23. Suspension of Service

If we reasonably determine that an account has violated this Acceptable Use Policy, we may:

  • Issue a warning.
  • Request corrective action.
  • Restrict sending or receiving capabilities.
  • Rate-limit account activity.
  • Quarantine or block abusive messages.
  • Temporarily suspend the account.
  • Terminate the account.
  • Take other reasonable measures necessary to protect the service.

Where appropriate, we may provide the customer with an opportunity to address the violation before restoring service.

24. Termination for Serious Abuse

Panafrican.email may terminate an account without an extended remediation period when the account is used for serious abuse, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, unauthorized access, significant spam activity, or other conduct that creates a substantial risk to our users, infrastructure, or third parties.

25. No Circumvention

You may not create a new Panafrican.email account or use another account for the purpose of circumventing a suspension, termination, security restriction, sending limit, or other enforcement action.

26. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for activity conducted through their accounts and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized use.

If an account is compromised, the customer must promptly notify Panafrican.email and cooperate with reasonable security measures intended to protect the account and wider network.

27. Business and Organization Administrators
