In South Africa, two women were killed and fed to pigs because they tried to steal expired dairy products from a farm in the northern province of Limpopo.

The farm owner and manager were charged with premeditated murder, and a worker was also tried for possession of an unlicensed firearm.

The incident has sparked outrage across the country, where abuse and underpayment of farm workers is widespread.
