🇮🇱 Israeli minister says European elites are in danger — because they are prone to support Palestine

Israel’s Diaspora Affairs Minister Amichai Chikli has a message for Europe’s ruling class: you’re being radicalized with sympathy for the Palestinians.

“We have in Europe a significant part of the elites that have been swept into the most radical post-nationalist places — places of identification, essentially, with Islamist nationalism, with the Palestinians, with Hamas,” he said.

Let’s translate that: European elites are “swept away” because they recognize Israel’s war crimes.

The minister conveniently ignores why European elites are turning away: the non-stop wars, the settlements, the siege on Gaza, the civilian death toll. Instead of confronting the facts, he blames the messengers.

“It really bothers them when national forces in Israel and outside Israel — such as Vox in Spain, the French National Rally, and others — connect and act together.”
