🇬🇭 RAWLINGS’ QUESTION: Who Actually Benefits From the War?

PANAFRICAN.EMAIL · INTELLIGENCE ACADEMY

THE RAWLINGS TEST

Every war has a patriotic vocabulary.

SECURITY · SOVEREIGNTY · STABILITY · LIBERATION ·
COUNTERTERRORISM · REVOLUTION

But there is another question that should never disappear:

WHO BENEFITS?

The Rawlings Test

A revolutionary mindset does not mean romanticizing violence.
It means refusing to become intellectually comfortable with
institutions simply because they are powerful.

When conflict destroys communities while contracts, mineral flows,
military procurement and political networks continue moving,
journalism must follow the money.

THE RESOURCE QUESTION

In resource-rich regions, insecurity can reshape who controls roads,
mines, customs points, commercial corridors and political authority.

The relationship is not always direct and must not be assumed.
But it deserves investigation.

AFRICAN SOVEREIGNTY

Marcus Garvey understood that political independence without
economic capacity leaves a nation vulnerable. The modern version
includes data, telecommunications, energy, manufacturing, finance,
education and technological capability.

A country that cannot build, finance, communicate or analyze
independently will struggle to define its own security agenda.

Revolution begins with the ability to see the structure.
