➡️ France, Mali, Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Laos and Slovakia abstained

➡️ Israel, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Nigeria, Tanzania, Madagascar, Cameroons and Guinea didn’t went to vote
