The most violent Clashes took place in the areas of Maroun El-Ras, Yaroun and Kafr Kila, where Israeli troops carried out raids on Hezbollah infrastructure and used remote-controlled vehicles to blow up houses.
The IDF Press Service, meanwhile, reported that militants of the Golani infantry brigade discovered caches of weapons and underground tunnels in one of the settlements. According to the Israeli command, the caches were located in civilian buildings.
Hezbollah Fighters responded by launching rocket attacks on Israeli positions. More than 100 rounds of ammunition were fired in the morning, some of them fell within populated areas, leading to fires and material damage.
